Grand STS Everly Hotel!

Hi peeps!

Hehehe, I've just went an amazing event here in Everly Hotel, Putrajaya. It's Herbalife Grand Success Training Seminar. Now, what does it make so grand?

It's because all of the speakers are PRESIDENT'S TEAM MEMBERS in HERBALIFE!!!

This is the first time that they gathered all the PT members as speakers in STS. It's truly amazing!!

Although, I arrived a little bit late, and I missed Kapt (B) Mohd. Saiful and Maryam Izzati when it was their turn. But never mind, I managed to listen the rest of it.

Guest speaker for today was Pak Vitus and Mbak Ela. They flew from Indonesia just to inspire us here with their Herbalife journey. Pak Vitus once 'smuggle' kuih lapis, Mbak Ela swiped her husband (Pak Vitus) credit card to be supervisor in Herbalife, and nearly got divorced. Hahaha, it was chaos at that time. But she managed to prove to her husband, she can do it, and she really did!

Near end of the event, all non-sv were called upon onto the stage, to declare themselves to be sv by this month. Including me. In shaa Allah, may Allah ease my efforts to help more people. Amin.

Alright, I need to take my rest for now. Mentally and physically exhausted.

The Resuscitation of Blog

Wooooooooooooooooooo years had passed since I last update my blog. The last one was like in 2009, while I was in my matriculation college in Labuan.

Well, along these years (2009-2014), I had few ups and downs. It's life. Life is not life without it, right peeps?

So, I finished my matriculation in 2009, in Biological Science. I stepped in university life in the same year too, and I've got myself into Management & Science University in Shah Alam, doing Degree in Biomedical Science. hehe, I love biology. Wonderful memories were created there. Met friends here and there. They're the best of kind!! XD

Fast forward, fast forward!!

Early January 2013, I officially graduated (yay to me!!). And I decided to do my master's degree. Well, 'coz I heard master's student has a higher chance to get hired and they'll pay more. Hehehe, so yeah. I end up in UiTM Puncak Alam.

I actually got offered to be a Research Assistant in Faculty of Health Science in UiTM, then will be registering for my master on the next semester. Making long story short, I felt some.....I don't know how to make it in words but it's like I have no 'sparks' there. So, I decided to quit, and migrated to the next block, which is the Faculty of Pharmacy, and had my Master in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Although they paid me not as much as previous one, but I felt a bit relaxed environment (I just don't like working under stress, well who does? >.> )

Time flies, and by the time I'm writing this, I'm already entering into my 3rd semester. Wew, this research is getting harsh on my day by day. Truthfully, I was a bit in fragile situation few days ago, until a friend of mine said to me something, and 'pooff' "faith in research restored". So, now I'm back to research mode. I'll finish this master's degree as soon as possible. A very big THANKS to all my seniors in the lab. They had been very helpful and friendly to me. *grin*

Ok peeps. It's 0049 GMT+8 here. And I need to get enough rest for today.

From now on, I'll try to be an active blogger. Watch out for my next blog :D

I'm a sober..I can't finished my Food Tour in K'gau

ok, I went to K'gau on Saturday (16th May 2009) to make some so called 'Food Tour', well, I heard there are some places you can go there and indulge some tasty food..well, I can't remember correctly the place but I remember the foods only, LOL..hahaha..so the first thing is, the breakfast. For breakfast, I prefer going to have some place which is specialized in breakfast and I think the place is called "Restoran Kris Vin". Ok, this place serves, as I mentioned, mainly on breakfast only (I can't remembered well the explanation, but I think they just open for breakfast only). What I want to suggest here is their breads and buns. I strongly recommended people to go there early because the selling is way too fast. Their fresh breads and buns are really tempting and delicious. The dough is soft, everything on it is fresh including the mayonnaise. I really can't forget the taste of their Chicken Mushroom Bun( if I'm not mistaken ), cause it tastes like pizza..hahaha. But sadly, my breakfast during my 3-days trips, I were broken into pieces because they are closed for holiday (as written on the notice).
okay, have you ever eater an Ais Batu Campur without the feeling of 'Brain Freeze'?? coz I got the place at K'gau..again,..I forgot that place's name( am really sorry )...these ABC really does not give out any pain at your neck or head and the taste is good ( mainly bcoz u don't feel any pain, thus ur taste buds works 100% ), and there are varities of ABC that you can try there, I think it was ABC with Fruits, ABC with Cream Corns and ABC (special).
..well, then..erm..actually...that's only two places that I can share with u all...act they are more places that I heard have a delightful foods but at all of a sudden, I'd been called for works. So, I had to end the tour no matter what...erm..I think they are..more than five places that I have to try, but have to do it later on...maybe someday when the time allows me.

pada dua hari yg lalu(based on today's date)..aku n syam kuar pg KK...saja jak tu maw kuar..boring tahap cipan...jln pnya jln...lapar plak..jd kami pg la mkn kat Big Apple...huhu..kami ambik 6pcs one box n mnuman, aku try cold Caramel Latte n syam plak ambik cold Americano...fuh!!nasib aku x ambik Americano, pahit tul..trus kan...ngam2 jgk c syam nie pg ambik Iceberg..apa lg, da pg tabur itu gula pg Americano da...aduh,joke oo kalo igt blk,,sdah la da sruh aku tgk2, padahal yg mmg ramai pun org d sna tym tu..kiri kanan depan blkg atas ( bwh xda aaa) ada org, apa x..lunch tym..kakakaka..selesai ltak gula, da pg taste,,mac lg pahit...trus da pg amik krim Mango Tango aku, ltak kat Americano tu,tp kali ni x taw malu dah..da ltak jak trus tanpa mnghirau org skliling da tgk ataw x...hahahaha..ada gmbr, tp mls maw upload,,nnt la edit blk kalo rajin..hahaha,,tp mmandngkan syam tu haus gla,..abis gak Americano da...aku plak dgn senang lenang nya aku mnum Caramel Latte aku..weee~~

jd, stakat tu jak la aku nak citer..xda lg idea,apa x idea,..aku jd jeruk kat umah...dah terlbih 'masam' dah nie..err..aku mandi aaa...bkn bau masam x mandi, tlg skit~

The Visit - Part Three, The End

well, today is our last day, no tour anymore but going for shopping in Centre Point only till noon..I didn't buy anything, coz I'm not in shopping mode....here I met Ren,my fren b4 heading back to Labuan..huhuhu..then we get inside the bus and head to Menumbok's jetty for a ferry back Labuan..


while in the ferry, everyone was so tired..including Me..hehehe....we even make sumthin like 'picnic' on the ferry, we get the foods when we were in CP.....hehe..we depart from M'bok at 4.oopm if I were not mistaken and arrive at 7.00pm..the ferry is slow at that tym...huhu..then we arrived at our College again..huhu

The Visit - Part Two

the next day, we head to Universiti Malaysia Sabah(UMS) to check out their library,..wow,,it's cool man,,I should say, it's a very accomodative library.,.large,full of mystery(LOL,adding thingy) and neat n clean...but my favourite place is, their Noble Laurette room, elegant and classy room with classic Western design with it's artificial fireplace...here also,,the place where we(not all) skip the guide and go roaming the other parts of the library to take pictures..LOL..the most tragic part is, when the guide is explaining in front, we take pictures, didn't given even 1% of our attention to him(We Are REALLY, REALLY Sorry)


next,,we head again to National Museum but this time we went to...beside the Museum building..the place displayed the replica of an Oilrig...the paintings and all about the History of Borneo..but I can't find the right pic..this is my group pic


this pic was taken after we finished our visit a the Muzium Tamadun Islam...lotsa info regarding Islam here..and even the ajaran sesat n the Sirah...i dunno whether it's my hobby or not,,,to put pic at the end of each visit...LOL



so..after that..we head to UiTM Sabah's library..well...to be honest I'm quite suprised when I saw the building is rotting..but after the guide explained to us, that it was an old building,..the new building?I dunno where..but for certain...the library we are visiting also, will be moving to the new building(hey, dont get me wrong, that library still did not packed up, so do not ever thought we are visiting at the wrong time)...as usual, explanation is given but we pay our attention this time...kakakaka..then we were invited to have a light meal served..THANK YOU FOR THE 'HOT' NOODLE!!( the thing that I hate about this pic is that my chin looks like had stored some fats,damn..but now im gaining my sliminity<-- ruining English) then...that is the end of our visit for today...but...since UiTM Sabah is near to 1Borneo..we, regardless of shaminity(it's actually from the word 'shame'...a lil' bit of modification, but of do exist, guess im lucky then, sorry for ruining English) plea so that we can make our own trip in 1Borneo...1st, it was neglected...but at all of suprise..the bus is taking us to 1B..weee~~!!!
wahahahaha..we take our chance to take picture with these 'Hot' car..wee~~so...heart-melter(poor english, eh?)...then we went for a RETAIL THERAPY!! as for dinner(although served at the hotel)..i bought Sushi~~my favorites..kakakaka!!and for the Sarawakians(thanks to us), we gave them a tour around 1B...hehehe..fuhfuh..tired but fun

it's our dinner at the hotel...I left my sushi in my room for supper..LOL..then head back to our room and watch Taiwan movie while eating my sushi while laying on the bed(it's not a good habit for you to eat while laying down, it make your tummy looks like a balloon that is going to pop at anytime, I seldomly done that..)
